Provided health and medical support, including laser treatment services to 130 individuals and support for 30 individuals undergoing GAS and HRT.

Landmark achievements and initiatives that have contributed to long-term social inclusion and community empowerment.
The organization enabled the recruitment of 13 transgender individuals into the Chhattisgarh State Police in 2020, marking their first-ever inclusion.
Sustained efforts led to the selection of 9 transgender individuals as Bastar Fighters for Naxalite-affected areas.
In 2025–26, 8 transgender individuals were recruited into the State Police Department.
The organization facilitated employment for 45 transgender individuals in BALCO (Vedanta) across Korba, Bhadrak, and Jharsuguda, promoting industrial inclusion.
With organizational support, 7 transgender individuals secured jobs with Tata Steel, Jamshedpur.
Currently, 8 transgender individuals are employed in government institutions such as the Social Welfare Department, Municipal Corporation, and PWD.
A first-of-its-kind mass wedding was organized for 15 transgender individuals, promoting dignity and social acceptance.
In 2012, the organization conducted a Third Gender Sports Meet with participants from multiple states.
Advocacy led to the establishment of a State Transgender Welfare Board in 2014, while the establishment of the board office was done in 2026 and district-level committees were established in 2014.
Efforts ensured the inclusion of a separate transgender column in official records.
The organization supported the establishment of a shelter home-cum-rehabilitation center.
Advocacy resulted in the inclusion of “Third Gender” in school curricula.
Awareness and sensitization programs were conducted for officials, police personnel, and students.
Vidya Rajput and Raveena Bariha from Chhattisgarh participated in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), the U.S. Department of State's premier professional exchange program.
